Processing Time

At Packs of Hair, we're committed to getting your premium hair products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to destinations across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, to ensure your beautiful hair arrives in perfect condition.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the United States!

International Shipping

We're proud to ship our premium hair products worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (depending on customs clearance and destination)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using several convenient methods:

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
  • Look around your property (porches, garages, side doors)
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date

Note: Packs of Hair is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged in transit:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Provide photos of what you received
  • We will send the correct items at no additional charge

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address after placing an order?

  • Contact us immediately if your order hasn't shipped yet
  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address
  • You may be able to contact the carrier directly for address changes (additional fees may apply)
