Overview & Return Window

At Packs of Hair, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same exact condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags, hair nets, and labels attached.
  • Protective Seal: Protective hygienic seals must be intact and unbroken.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation is required.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to send an item back back to us:

1. Initiate Your Return

Contact us at support@packsofhair.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Receive Authorization

You'll receive an RMA number and detailed return instructions.

3. Package Your Item

Repackage carefully with tags, and include the RMA number inside.

4. Ship Your Return

Send via a trackable method to the address provided in your email.

Exchanges

Need a different length, texture, or color? We're happy to help you find your perfect match!

  • Different Length: Exchange for a longer or shorter length of the same product.
  • Different Texture: Swap for a different hair texture (straight, wavy, curly, kinky, coily).
  • Different Color: Exchange for a different color option if available.

How to Exchange:

Contact us with your order number and exchange request. We'll check availability of your desired item. Follow the return process to send back your original item. Your new item ships once we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
  • Bank Processing: Once processed on our end, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your statement.

Partial Refunds: Items returned without original packaging, with missing tags, or showing signs of use may receive a partial refund—or be rejected entirely—at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For strict health and hygiene safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Hair that has been cut, dyed, bleached, permed, washed, or chemically treated in any way.
  • Wigs, extensions, or closures that have been worn or fully installed.
  • Shampoos, conditioners, oils, or styling products with broken seals.
  • Products explicitly marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Special orders, customized colors, or personalized items.
  • Items returned entirely without their original packaging, tags, or labels.

Damaged or Defective Items

We rigorously inspect all products before shipping, but if you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right instantly!

  • Document: Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged or defective item AND its outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Contact Us: Email us immediately at support@packsofhair.com with your order number and the photos attached.
  • Resolution: We'll send a rapid replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.

International Returns

We do accept returns from international customers within the same standard 14-day window. However, please note the following specific stipulations:

  • International customers are purely responsible for all return shipping costs and any incurred inbound customs fees.
  • Items must clear customs and successfully arrive at our facility within 30 days of the return request being authorized.
  • We heavily recommend utilizing an insured, trackable, and expedited international shipping carrier.
  • Original outbound shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable for international orders.
