Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit packsofhair.com (the "Site") or buy from Packs of Hair ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them, and to our refund policy and privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Our products

We describe and photograph our hair as accurately as we can. Natural hair can vary slightly from the photos, and colors look different from screen to screen. How long hair lasts depends on how it is cared for.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Something may sell out after you add it to your bag. If an item was listed with the wrong price or description, we may cancel the order for that item and give you back the full amount you paid for it.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through and we email you a receipt. Payments are taken by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. We may refuse or cancel an order we believe is fraudulent or placed in breach of these terms, and give you back anything you paid for it.

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on the shipping address.

Processing and shipping

Every hair order has a processing time of 4 to 7 business days before it ships. When your order ships we email you a tracking number. Delivery times after that come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please read our refund policy for what to do if an order arrives damaged or wrong.

Discount codes

One code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value, may have an end date or a minimum order, and may be single use. Codes cannot be used on wholesale orders. We may end a code at any time.

Wholesale

Wholesale pricing is for approved businesses only. Wholesale orders follow the minimum order and pricing we share with you, and these terms. Sales tax is only left off when a valid resale certificate is on file. We may change or end wholesale access at any time.

Your account

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. We may close an account that is misused.

Emails

We email you about your orders. If you start checking out and do not finish, we may send you reminders about your bag. If you join our email list, we may send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from reminders and news at any time with the link in each email; order emails still come.

Our content

The photos, text, logos and designs on the Site belong to Packs of Hair or are used with permission. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission. Do not misuse the Site, try to break into it, or copy it with automated tools.

Limits on our responsibility

The Site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States.
