At Packs of Hair LLC, all sales are final on any type of hair extensions and cannot be returned for any reason due to health and hygiene concerns. Sales are final on all clearance and promotional items. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.
If hair products are defective, they must be returned within 14 days with the original sales receipt. At that time, merchandise will be inspected for use and a determination will be made for a refund or exchange upon mutual agreement.
Some key points to remember:

- Please make sure it is in the original box and with original shipping label, packing list that came with your order and the credit card you used to purchase item, as credit will be issued to the same card to which items were charged.
- If a return is authorized, the invoice and the original packaging (that the order arrived in) are required to ship the merchandise back.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Client agrees to pay for return shipping costs.
- Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable for cash. They are also not replaceable if lost or stolen.
- · We will refund shipping cost with proof that item was either damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective. Please return items in original condition and in original packing with any paperwork or accessories that it came with.
- Please retain all your tracking information as you will not be able to get a refund or replacement of your items without proof of delivery.
- Please allow 14 business days for any returns to be processed after you have received your package.
- Items that are returned used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.
- Do not return any products by Air Mail as the Department of Transportation restricts the shipment of hazardous materials that could cause a fire or other issues on a plane.
- If you used PayPal as your form of payment, please return items in original condition and in original packing with any paperwork or accessories that it came with. Items that are returned used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.
- We do not do COD for delivered or returned merchandise.
