What's your return policy?
Packs of Hair Return Policy
At Packs of Hair LLC, all sales are final on any type of hair extensions and cannot be returned for any reason due to health and hygiene concerns. Sales are final on all clearance and promotional items. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.
If hair products are defective, they must be returned within 14 days with the original sales receipt. At that time, merchandise will be inspected for use and a determination will be made for a refund or exchange upon mutual agreement.
Do we give refunds?
Please email us at tiana@packsofhair.com, to process any returns, and state the reason for your refund request and your order number so that we may provide you with our return address. We ONLY accept exchanges within 4 days of receiving packages. All hair MUST be returned in original packaging. If the hair has been tampered with such as installed, washed, or combed through all refunds will be cancelled.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY REFUNDS
How long is shipping?
Once you place your order, hair extensions and/or products are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been paid for, processed and shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent via email. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information imputed by customer will cause an automatic cancellation of order. Once correct information has been verified, orders will then be shipped.
Packs of Hair will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carrier or holidays and or customer inputting incorrect address i.e apt #, zip code etc. Customers will be notified of any delays during inclement weather, during holidays and during major sales. Please leave a note if you want your shipment to require a signature. All orders are sent WITHOUT SIGNATURES unless requested.
